Markdown to AAC Converter
Turn Markdown documentation, study notes and written guides into AAC narration. Choose a voice, keep the detail or listen to a shorter summary.
Preparing your Markdown file
Upload .md or .markdown files. Prose and headings work best; code blocks, technical symbols and elaborate Markdown tables may not sound natural. Narration adapts the written content rather than reading every formatting character literally.
Why choose AAC?
AAC is compressed audio suited to compatible phone and desktop players. This export is an .aac audio file, not an .m4a container. Check that your intended player or editor accepts AAC files; MP3 may be simpler when sharing across different devices.
How to convert Markdown to AAC
Upload your Markdown document and confirm your rights to convert it. AAC is preselected on this page. Review the extracted word count, choose a voice and output language, then select the summary level. Generate a short preview before paying for the full conversion. When processing finishes, listen online or download the AAC file.
Preview, pricing and listening time
The free preview is up to 60 seconds, with a limited number of attempts. Full-document conversion is paid: your quote is shown before checkout and depends on the document and summary level. Duration is an estimate based on extracted words and summary depth; voice pacing and translation can change the final length. There is no subscription.
Can I translate or summarize my Markdown document?
Yes. Select the original language or an available output language, and choose full detail, light cleanup, balanced or concise narration. AI adaptation and translation can omit or misstate information. Keep the original document for checking important facts, quotations and specialist terminology.
Downloads and document privacy
No Doc2Audio account is required. Document text is sent to OpenAI when you request narration. Your finished audio is accessible through a private link for seven days after completion. Download it before the displayed expiry date, and keep the link private. Only upload documents you have permission to process.
